How to Use

Purpose

This tool is for verifying translations. Review the suggested translations and confirm which value is correct for each entry.

How to Verify

Click on either the Current Translation or AI Suggested cell to confirm which value is correct
If neither option is correct, click the ✏ pencil icon in the AI Suggested column to edit
When you edit, the suggested field will be selected and ready for input
Your selections are automatically saved

Filters

Show All: Display all entries

Missing / Different: Only show entries where the translation is missing or different from the current one

Verified: Only show entries you have already verified and confirmed

Not Verified: Only show entries that still need verification

Columns

Keys: Translation key identifiers (hidden by default, for development purposes only). Click "Show Keys" to display.

Base: The English translation - the source language

Current Language: The existing translation in the current language file

AI Suggested: Translation suggestions generated using Claude. If the suggestion matches the current translation, this field appears blank but is still editable - you can add a new value if desired.

Status Counts

Missing: Translation key is missing in the language file

■

Different: Translation key exists but value differs from the current one

■

Match: Translations are identical in both files

■

Verified: Translations you have reviewed and confirmed

Total: Total number of translation keys

Team Collaboration

Real-time Updates: When team members make changes, you will automatically see a notification and your UI will be updated to prevent duplication of effort

Override Changes: You can override any changes made by other team members at any time
